George Michael Will WHAM Once Again!
Ahhh!!!!! We maaay have just whammed in our pants at this GLORIOUS news!
George Michael has fully recovered from last year’s scurrrrry life-threatening bout of pneumonia, and in honor of WHAM’s 30th anniversary, George and former musical partner Andrew Ridgeley will reunite for a one-night only WHAM extravaganza this June 29th!!!
One insider revealed:
“They probably won’t do a long tour or release new material like Take That but they do want to commemorate the event with a big gig … And an even bigger party afterwards!”
George is also planning on unleashing his new single White Light that same day, as tribute to the duo’s influential legacy.
The Wake Me Up Before You Go Go singer recently expressed:
“On June 29 it will be 30 years to the day that ‘Wham! Rap’, our first single, entered the charts. To celebrate, I’m releasing my new song. I dreamed of a career as a singer/songwriter from an early age but never could I have known I’d still be here 30 years later, with much more music to give.”
Yaay! We are SO thrilled the Club Tropicana pair are getting back together – even if it IS just the one night…
We are ALL about some awesomely colorful, super sexual, GAY GAY GAY hot eighties pop!
